Account & Registration

Go to the Register page, fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number, email address, date of birth and password. After submitting, you will receive a verification code via SMS. Enter that code to activate your account. The whole process takes under two minutes and is completely free.

No. Each person is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, with any balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your password or login details, use the password recovery option on the Login page rather than creating a new account.

You are not asked for documents during registration. Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal or if unusual activity is detected. When prompted, you will need to upload a copy of your CNIC or equivalent valid identity document. This is a standard security step that protects you and your funds.

On the Login page, select the "Forgot password" option. Enter your registered mobile number or email address and a reset code or link will be sent to you. Follow the instructions provided. If you are not receiving the reset message, contact live chat support and they will verify your identity another way to restore access.

Go to Account Settings after logging in to update your contact details. Some changes, such as updating a mobile number, may require you to verify your identity via your current registered number first. If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact live chat support for assistance — keep it updated so two-factor authentication always works.

Deposits & Withdrawals

JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast deposits typically appear in your zt666 balance within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact live chat support with your transaction reference number and they will investigate immediately.

Go to the Withdrawal section in your account. Select your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa process within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–2 business days. Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification — make sure your CNIC is uploaded and approved before requesting.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by method and are shown in your account at the time of making a withdrawal request. Limits are denominated in PKR. If you have active bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements, those funds are not withdrawable until the requirement is completed — your bonus balance and real money balance are clearly separated in your account.

Wait at least 15–30 minutes after a JazzCash or Easypaisa deposit and up to a few hours for bank transfers. If the funds still have not appeared, take note of your transaction reference number from the payment confirmation message on your phone and contact zt666 live chat support. Provide the reference number, the amount, the method used and the approximate time — support can locate the transaction and resolve it quickly.

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) means you need to bet a set multiple of the bonus amount before the funds become withdrawable. Common reasons include: the deposit did not meet the minimum qualifying amount, the offer was not opted in to before the deposit was made, the offer expired, or the account has already received the same offer previously. If you believe you met all conditions and the bonus was not applied, contact live chat support with your deposit details and they will check it manually.

If a match is abandoned before an official result can be determined under the sport's rules, bets are generally voided and your stake is returned in full to your balance. For postponed matches, bets may remain open if the match is rescheduled within a defined window, or voided if it is not rescheduled in time.
